2.Request for Quotation and Contact
For the products you like or custom design requests, you can reach us via our contact page. Please include your desired design, dimensions, quantity, contact information, and any other relevant details when submitting your request.

3.Digital Design and Presentation
Digital designs are prepared based on your request and presented for your approval.

4.Pricing and Quotation Approval
A pricing study is conducted for the approved designs and a price quotation is provided to you.

5.Sample Shipment
After the price quotation is approved, a sample is prepared and sent to you for review prior to production.

6.Secure Payment Options
Following your approval of the sample, the payment process begins. The following secure payment methods are offered:
a) Payment via E-Commerce Platforms: You can make secure payments through our global stores on ETSY, Amazon, AliExpress, and eBay.
b) Payment via Letter of Credit (L/C):
Secure trade can be ensured through the letter of credit method, facilitated by banks, which is a safe payment system used in international trade and provides protection for both the buyer and the seller.
c) Payment via Bank Transfer: You may make payments directly to our company bank accounts via bank transfer or by credit card.
The choice of payment method is entirely up to you.

7.Production and Delivery Process
